Exhibition Fee
Each booth (Width: 2.97m × Depth: 2.97m × Height: 2.7m; approximately 9㎡) is priced as follows:General companies/organizations…￥363,000(including tax)
Booth locations will be determined comprehensively by the secretariat, taking into account exhibit content, booth shape, application order, number of booths, and venue layout.
Booth assignments will be announced to exhibitors during the exhibitor briefing session scheduled for late March 2026.
* Booths do not include power supply, lighting, carpets, or other furnishings.
* BCorner Booths: Partition walls along the aisle side will not be provided.
* Rear Walls: Removal of rear walls is not allowed under any circumstances, regardless of neighboring booths.
1-Booth Specification : Exhibition fee + ￥99,000(including tax)
The package includes essential equipment, saving you the hassle of individual applications. Additional plans, details, and application methods will be provided at the exhibitor briefing session scheduled for late March 2026.
* 2Booths for 2 or more spaces are also available. * If using electricity over 1kW, an additional cost for mainline electrical construction and electricity usage will apply.
Fee:￥110,000(including tax)per session (40 minutes).
This space is exclusively offered to exhibitors as a platform for various methods to maximize exhibition effectiveness.
It provides an opportunity to explain or present details about new products, technologies, services, implementation environments, and success stories that cannot be fully conveyed through the exhibit alone.
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, the timetable will be adjusted by the secretariat.
* Admission to the seminar is free for all attendees. Handouts must be prepared by the presenter.
* Upon request, archived videos can be streamed at the online exhibition venue from Monday, June 9, 2026, to Friday, June 19, 2026. Presenters must prepare the streaming videos.
Online Exhibition Booth
Provides the booth for an online exhibition when you held an onsite exhibition.
It enables to exhibit general information, pictures, movies for the products and services and detailed information etc.
Please utilize the online tools to guide visitors to the onsite exhibitions and follow-up after the onsite exhibition ends.

Event Timeline
* Applications will be accepted after the exhibitor application deadline until all booths are fully booked. Applications will close once fully booked.
Visitor Promotion (Planned)
Through continuous promotional activities linked to print media, we aim to attract industry users to the event.
In "The Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun," we will introduce exhibitor technologies and report on the latest trends to share information. Additionally, by linking the event with the newspaper, we will conduct PR targeting readers across all industries.
Using "The Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun," we will notify and attract users across all industries throughout Japan.
In addition to corporate announcements and advertisements, we will feature exhibitor introductions before the event and publish special articles timed with the exhibition dates to ensure end-user attendance.
Invitations will be sent to domestic and international companies and organizations using our proprietary DM list.
Additionally, exhibitors will receive complimentary invitations to support their visitor recruitment efforts.
Articles and advertisements will also be featured in specialized magazines published by The Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun, such as Factory Management.
"Newswitch" delivers news from The Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun and original content in a fresh and engaging format. By linking with this site, we aim to reach audiences beyond the traditional newspaper readership.
